Katie Ibarra

Katie Ibarra is the IT Project Manager at Ascentis, where she leads technology and operational initiatives supporting firm growth and acquisition integration. With experience in Salesforce, analytics, and business systems management, she works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes, increase visibility, and support data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Before joining Ascentis, Katie served as a Product Owner at HomeVestors of America, where she helped develop a national lead management and attribution framework supporting a 1,100-franchise network. Her background includes CRM optimization, reporting strategy, process improvement, and translating business needs into scalable operational solutions.

Katie is known for her collaborative approach and focus on building practical systems that help teams work more efficiently and effectively.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, and their dogs, and is actively involved in faith-based community outreach initiatives.
