Jon Bauerle

Chief Technology Officer

Jon began his career during the early dot-com era, joining Flashnet Communications, a pioneering telecommunications startup that grew into a national Internet Service Provider recognized for setting early standards in Internet connectivity. Between 1995 and 2001, he helped launch several dot-com ventures that shaped the foundation of online marketing and digital business infrastructure.

Over the next two decades, Jon built a distinguished career in technology leadership, known for bridging strategic vision with operational execution. As Chief Technology Officer for a national real estate franchisor, he guided the company through a period of rapid expansion – growing from 650 to more than 1,100 franchises – by modernizing systems, streamlining operations, and building a cybersecurity program to support multiple private-equity transactions.

Jon leveraged his years of knowledge and industry experience to launch 624 Digital, a consultancy focused on helping organizations harness technology for growth, scalability, and security. Through this firm, he has advised executive teams on digital transformation, AI automation, and integrated data strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

Jon serves as Chief Technology Officer for the Ascentis family of companies, leading the firm’s technology vision and strategic initiatives. He is focused on building systems and capabilities that will strengthen operational efficiency, enhance data integrity, and position Ascentis to remain competitive well into the future.

Jon lives in McKinney, Texas, with his wife and daughter, and enjoys spending time with his family, as well as woodworking.
