Jamie Eacho serves as Ascentis’ Director of Client Relations and Human Resources, leading the firm’s client service experience and internal team development. She oversees all aspects of onboarding, account operations, and high-touch engagement for Ascentis’ high-net-worth clients. Known for her dedication to white-glove service, Jamie ensures every client interaction reflects Ascentis’ commitment to excellence and personal care.
In her role as Director of HR, Jamie manages the firm’s people operations, including recruitment, role design, and team alignment—cultivating a supportive culture where individuals thrive in pursuit of Ascentis’ long-term vision. She also acts as a strategic operations lead, helping unify cross-functional efforts and streamline workflows to ensure cohesive execution across the firm.
Since joining Ascentis in 2018, Jamie has been instrumental in its growth and evolution. She brings more than 18 years of experience in financial services and customer experience leadership, including six years at Honda Finance, where she specialized in financial analysis and bankruptcy resolution. Her unique combination of operational expertise and client advocacy continues to shape Ascentis’ high-performance standards and personalized approach.
Jamie earned her Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. She lives in Highland Village, Texas, with her two young children. Outside the office, she enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with friends.
